600 people reached the top of Mt. Everest in 2012. This blog got about 3,700 views in 2012. If every person who reached the top of Mt. Everest viewed this blog, it would have taken 6 years to get that many views.
As we get into the last few days before the Yule menace finally lands, the Rhino House is gearing-up for the festivities by gearing-down on the blog front.
After today’s full suite of whimsy & nonsense things at the House will be a little slower, lower & just…..less, for the days from now until the year end. There will be some posts every day, & of course they will be witty, amusing, informative & charming (if I can find someone else to write them, otherwise they will be the same old dross as usual). But after today there will be a hushed chill falling over ThursdayAgain, with just enough of a hint of life to avoid premature burial.
There will be a special horoscope on the 25th & I will be taking part in the rather brilliant Company for Christmas on the Day itself (so please feel free to drop-in for a chat) but otherwise, from tonight, I am cruising in “the slow lane”.
