Rover had started out as an “emotional support animal” but his ambitions went a lot further than that; after graduating magna cum laude from a world-famous Ivy League university he became the first canine to receive a practicing certificate from the American Pyschiatric Association. He was subsequently struck-off for an unfortunate incident involving a client who worked as a mailman.
