As she watched her inept mate bounce down the slide on his groin, Jeannie realized that it seemed certain that they would not be hearing the “patter-of-tiny-paws” any time soon – even if they took the splinters out using an anesthetic. “Thank God for that,” she thought, at the prospect of going back to her own enclosure & getting an uninterrupted night’s sleep……
