Following the Supreme Court’s ruling against capital punishment, the State of Texas modified their electric chair to provide a continuing deterrent to illegal immigrants, atheists, liberals & members of the gay community.
There is absolutely nothing funny or cute about this photograph. It’s not meant to make you laugh, it’s not even meant to make you shudder. It’s meant to make you feel just a little bit ashamed.
